Patina Consistent with Age and Use
$330.42 Original price was: $330.42.$231.29Current price is: $231.29.
A lovely pair of easy chairs, model “Meander Gamma”, designed by Rudolf Wolf and manufactured by Gaasbeek & Van Tiel in the Netherlands around 1960.
This highly recognizable design has a thin, square metal base that contrasts nicely to the rounded seat and back. The curve of the upholstered backrest that smoothly transitions into armrests creates a very nice seating comfort! This modern yet timeless design would be a wonderful addition to any interior. The black skai upholstery matches nicely with the grey colour of the frame. This design was voted “best furniture design” in 1964 by the American institute of international designers!
Both chairs remain in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
